There is only one and only rule, be respectful, friendly, and have fun
Requirements:
-Understand basic English
-Join clan's discord (the link will be given once you are a member of HOE). No need of microphone
-Have at least 2-3 tier 10 tanks (if no tier 10 then ask the officers)
-Participate in clan activities at least 4 times a week
-Not toxic please
